SW online...is it worth it?

I have done Sw a few times, I lost 3stone the first time I did it 8 years ago, then had a baby and put it all (and more) back on. Rejoined twice in the last six years but gave up after a stone weight loss each time despite needing to lose 6 stone! I found I dreaded going to group every week but was never sure switching to an online membership as I felt I wouldn’t be motivated.
I tried Keto a couple of years ago and although I lost a stone relatively quickly the cons of the diet outweighed the weight loss.
I’m now at a point where I really need to lose weight I feel so uncomfortable in my own body and the heatwave we have had was unbearable.
So have you had success with Sw online? What keeps you motivated, especially if you are a slow loser?

Do you still have your book?
If so I'd just use that , and do it yourself.
As an incentive put you weight somewhere everyone in the house can see and put the money you would have used to pay for it in a pot every week so that you can treat yourself to some lovely new clothes when you have lost. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply @VictoriaBun I have tried doing it from my old books but I just keep on failing because it’s only me I’m letting down and I’m not wasting money if I cheat. I’ve got no will power so perhaps I do need to go to meetings and be held accountable.
