Can I increase target weight?

Hi there

When I joined SW in January I weighed 11st 4lb (I’m 5’4’’). I gave a target weight of 9st 7lb, it was a random figure as wasn’t sure what to say! I’m 51 and many many years ago I weighed around 9st-9.5st. I was losing weight quite well initially then lockdown happened and it slowed right down! I’m now between 9st 7.5 to 9st 10lb!! One time I got weighed and I was at target weight but I wasn’t sure if that counted as it wasn’t weigh in day!! Anyway I don’t know if I set my target weight too low, people at work are saying I look too thin now but I’m not sure if I can increase my original target weight? Or will my consultant just think I’m getting out of reaching target??!

Thanks for any advice x

Yes you can change it to be whatever you want. I know lots of people who ‘call target’ when they reach a certain point as their original target was unrealistic

Thank you, I just have a feeling that my body feels more comfortable at a little higher weight than that. At least I did reach 9st 7lb - just not on my weigh in day! - so I know I did reach it. But realistically I think I’ll say 9 st 10lb, then I know I have 3lb leeway.

Many thanks for replying!x
