The 35 peanuts you can have on healthy b... I've bought a pack of roasted unsalted....is that ok? Or should they be like the ones in the red skins....are they roasted too? (They just seem blander)...are all peanuts roasted or can you eat them uncooked so to speak? I'm embarrassed to say I don't really know much about peanuts apart from they grow in the ground 🤷♀️. Don't want to guzzle roasted ones if I'm meant to be eating the other kind!
Another dumb question... it states 35.. is that whole or halves. They're always in halves in the packet....so do I pick out 70!!!! Joy
