It's the first of the month tomorrow - who is with me for a fresh start?!
At the beginning of lockdown I was 12st 12. I got down to just under 12 stone which is my target. I am ashamed to say I have put it all back on 
So, tomorrow starts with a run and healthy food choices from there. I want to try and shift a chunk of this before DS1's birthday on 30th July.
