So this week is my 7th week at slimming world.
Total loss so far is 1st 2.5lb 🥳
I've had slimmer of the week 3x since joining & I'm loving what the scales are telling me..
Although, I don't seem to be seeing much difference in myself?
Jeans are still uncomfortable. Clothes don't seem any looser? 😫
Where am I going wrong? 🤷🏻♀️
I'm not going over on syns, I'm exercising ie. walking & crosstrainer!? 🚶🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️
I understand it doesn't all happen overnight but why aren't I seeing a change?! 😭
If anyone has words of wisdom I'd be extremely grateful!
