I wonder if anyone can help me with a beef question! :)
I'm doing slimming world for the first time and it's going pretty well. However, I live in Portugal, and one thing I can't seem to get is lean minced beef. The beef doesn't have a fat % on the label and I don't want to shop around to different stores at the moment due to coronavirus restrictions. I've been avoiding minced beef because of this but there's so many great recipes that I'd love to try, especially as I'm tempting my hubby onto SW this week also - does anyone know how many syns I should add for using non-lean beef or how could I figure this out?
