Hope everyone is staying safe!
Looking for some advice. I’ve been doing slimming world and stuck to it all week, weighed in Friday and put on a pound and a half. Did exercise about 3 times for an hour and a walk during the week too so I’m just not sure where I’m going wrong.
I don’t eat a lot of veggies so wondering if it’s due to this as you’re supposed to have speed with each meal, I usually replace that for fruit.
Weigh in again this Friday and hoping for a loss but I just don’t know if it’s working for me!
Any help is appreciated.
