Slimming world app

Signed up through the app yesterday, took my money (I have screenshots) but since then have continually had this screen:
I've emailed and tweeted SW, put messages on fb and dm'd them, which has been seen but no response.
Is the app down ? I'm not sure what to do.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I still have the old app as they haven't migrated me to the new one yet x

I've done that several times but it just goes back to the same screen.
