Defrosted beef mince

Hi , I took some mince out of the freezer early yesterday evening forgot about it & went to bed , I woke up at 4.30am remembered and popped it into the fridge it was fully defrosted , do you think it’s unsafe to cook now ? I’m scared of food poisoning
