Pm me

3 months being 13 weeks, £4.61 per week.

tiggertogger · 28/03/2020 17:41

I'll save you 60 quid. Eat less, move more. Weight loss is only calorie deficit and things like Slimming world are an industry of charging ridiculous money to tell you what you already know really.

HedgeHogFoxBadger · 28/03/2020 17:59

Tigger I know! I tell myself this all the time but for some reason I feel I need some diet to go on. I only want to lose a stone and know I can do it if I eat healthy and cut out wine!

You would pay £4.95 per week at class. It's just online makes you sign up upfront. I always did a 12 week countdown as it made me stick at it as a commitment.

labazsisgoingmad · 28/03/2020 19:10

they are not meeting at the moment btw they are ripping us off with video calls

BlackboardMonitorVimes · 28/03/2020 19:16

The video calls are £2.50 per session though, so a lot cheaper. OP call/message your local group and use them instead, cheaper at the moment.

Dont do sw! Waste of money. Download my fitness pal, it will give you a daily calorie limit. If you stick to the limit and input everyhing you eat you WILL lose weight.
