Lowering SW target

I'm happier at the lower end of my target range, and sometimes have to pay fees, as my weight drops below that.
Can I lower my target by a couple of pounds, or does it have to be set at half a stone lower, which I think used to be the case.

I've found it depends on the consultant.

My first one demanded it had to be 7lbs down from the current target. My current one tweaked it as you can over ride the system.

Thanks, Groovee: I wondered if it might depend on the Consultant, as it was a Consultant at a different group who suggested to me that I should consider lowering my target by a couple of pounds ( couldn't attend my usual group due to work).
I will ask my Consultant at my own group.
Otherwise, maybe the Consultant at the other group could enter my new target on the system, so presumably that's then set, no matter where I get weighed?

I think it has to be your consultant that lowers it. I know it has to be yours who over rides illnesses ad things

Spoke to my own Consultant about this, and she said that target, if lowered, should be by at least seven pounds, but she will override this as I want to drop it by around three pounds.
Said I would do that after my holiday coming up this week, as I expect to be having extra syns while away.
