Healthy Extra's while breastfeeding

Hi guys,

I've just signed up to slimming world online, coz I like the plan but despise the classes with a passion.
I am still EBF my 6 month old daughter, I'm also expressing so want to keep my supply up but I'm confused by healthy extras.
I don't think it's all that clear - I've read that I should have 6 healthy extras and 3 or 4 of them should be from cheese or milk.
But on my profile it has a counter for out of 5 healthy A's and out of 3 healthy extra B's - implying that it's out of 8 healthy extras in total.
I knew there were extra but that's ridiculous.
Can't anyone clarify how many I should be having? Or how it works?

Thanks

You can have 2 hex/a a day and 1 hex/b a day

Hex/a can be 2x cheese or 2x milk or 1x cheese and 1x milk

I'm currently doing Slimming World and breastfeeding. Once your baby is over 6 months, you reduce your health extras until you just have one extra A choice a day.

So you get one B choice and 3 A choices (as now everyone gets 2A so you get an extra one).
