Hi you wonderful MN's, do any of you have any advice for getting out of a plateau on SW? I am following everything to the letter, have upped my water intake, have reduced my syns to between 5 and 10 a day, lowered my portion sizes to account for my losses, but I still cannot shift the last 12lb.
I know that weight loos slows down, but was wondering if any of you have been in this position and if so what took you out of it? I am considering having a week 'off plan' taking the gain at weigh in and then going back to it to see if it shifts?
I have lost 2st 4.5lb since beginning of August, so nice and slowly and sustainable... I really want to shift this last 12lb to target!
