Hi everyone so I need some help with breakfast.
I'm not a breakfast person at all. On top of that I work in a school and have my kids to get ready on a morning.
So I have to eat quite early and it needs to be quick.
I've been having weetabix banana minis but I like my he b for later.
So looking for inspiration what do you guys have that would fit in these categories.

Some of the ones I have are

Scrambled eggs in microwave with ham
Bowl of fruit with yoghurt
Overnight oats altho that is hexb
Omelette
Porridge

Breakfast is always tricky for me too, as i tend to use my hexb more often than not. Plus i dont have much time and find it hard to eat first thing.

If you prefer not to eat first thing could you make up your breakfast in a tub and eat it later, do you get a morning break, or maybe when you first arrive at work?

I normally make up overnight oats with frozen berries, a sachet of plain Oats so simple or similar (saves weighing) and muller light (1/2 syn). If you didn't want to use hex b you could just have the fruit and yogurt.

There is always a cooked breakfast minus the toast but I wouldn't have this on a working day.

I like scrambled egg with smoked salmon, oven baked or grilled tomatoes and asparagus.

Also Linda McCartney red onion sausages, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and a potato cake (mix beaten egg into cold mashed potato patty and fry in fry light)

Thanks guys. Think at the minute fruit and yoghurt is looking the best. I find eating on a morning trick but don't get a break till lunchtime.
Or I'm just going to have to keep using my hex b

I’m not a breakfast person either but I’ve been having fat free Greek yogurt, with a little bit of sweetener and frozen berries - usually raspberries and strawberries. I find the Greek yogurt keeps me full for ages and I’m not using my hexa or b first thing.
