Does any one have one night where they eat what they want and still lose?

I don't want to do any damage because I am doing so well but I have some Brie and I'm desperate to eat it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes you have to now and again if it's to be attainable. I always wait until I'm a few weeks in so it's easier to get back on track the next day.

I'm on week 11 now, weigh day was today.

I'm just really worried I'll gain if I have some x

Can you not just syn the Brie?
Can you have it as a hex and syns and then not have syns the next day.

To loose weight you need to eat less calories than you require. If you eat just under the required amount all week but then go way over on one day you can undo all your work that week.

If you are still thinking of SW as a diet and not about changing your attitude to food then you will struggle to maintain long term.

@thetreeisstressingmeout no I know it's a lifestyle change and not a diet but even people who are living a healthy lifestyle will have a "treat" at some point. It's 4 syns I think per 25g already used healthy extras today plus then 1 syn per cracker.

I'd have it and then just stick to the diet the rest of the week.

“It's 4 syns I think per 25g already used healthy extras today plus then 1 syn per cracker.”

So where’s the issue with synning it?...

MotherOfLittlePeople · 21/01/2020 08:04

I'd already used my syns for that day. I've ended up freezing it so it doesn't go to waste.

Lol, what a numpty - that didn’t even occur to me Grin

I rarely use syns through the day, and usually have them later on...so obviously everyone does that Hmm Blush

MotherOfLittlePeople · 21/01/2020 10:11

@tabulahrasa I normally save syns for a night but my tea was quite high in syns which isn't normal for me otherwise I probably would of eaten it lol
