I have a mugshot, or tuna pasta. Also could have a baked potato or in the warmer weather I like. Ham salad with boiled eggs and cheese etc. Soup? Leftover pasta dish?

I get 30 minutes too. Just bought an egg cooker for the microwave that takes 40 seconds then 40 seconds so thought I could whisk up some eggs with ham, cheese, a prion onion. The have a side salad.

Have egg muffins some days, soup, or leftovers. So pasta bake tomorrow. I often find leftovers quite good to take and heat up for 3 minutes. It is the faster half an hour of the day.

If I do a pasta dish for tea, I've started doing extra pasta and using that with tuna/chicken/ham etc for lunch the next day or two. I always pop some salad in too.

I also chuck a jacket potato in with tea and reheat it at work the next day.

I have to plan ahead or I end up grazing!
I don't know about anyone else but I'm struggling to get back on it after Christmas. Meals are good but still in snacking mode.

If you use Warburtons wholemeal you can make a sandwich, filled with thick-cut ham, lots of salad and mustard, or salmon and cream cheese, or egg and low fat mayo. Cold pasta salad with lots veg and tuna. Mini ploughman's, with apple, pickle, weighed cheese, some cold meat?

I like the sachets of flavoured couscous. I stir in some of the Bernard Matthews turkey bits and have a salad with it. Very quick and filling. I usually buy the Batchelors sachets, they're low in syns. The roasted vegetable one is half a syn.

Mini quiche muffins
Punnets of fruit
Packets of lean meat
Wholemeal pitta filled with your favourites

Roast baby new potatoes the night before with herbs & seasoning. Fry some bacon if you're not veggie. When cool half / quarter the potatoes in a tupperware box, add the bacon, 1tbsp extra light mayo (1 syn) abs chopped spring onion - potato salad.
