Hi. I need some ideas for chicken breast apart from cola chicken & hunters chicken
Any ideas would be great please

chicken chow mein and chicken and broccoli are both nice x

I make chicken curry, with various veg and lentils.
Also, cook the chicken breast and stir it into a spicy tomato sauce with pasta.
Flatten the breast, marinade in lemon juice, oregano and cook on griddle pan. Serve with rice and a big salad with feta.

I like making a chicken kebab so chop cooked chicken and mix with salad and grated cheese and mayo lite 1 and inside a pita b

Or

Wrap bacon round chicken and have with rice /pots and veg

Orzo chicken from Pinch of Nom is fab

Also use lots of the Maggi chicken baking bags (eg paprika) They are not sYn free but low (1-2 Syns per portion but check on app). Serve with rice or couscous and broccoli! Yum! They are great quick main meal if you don't have time to cook from scratch every day.
