Just a quick one, I know the suggested amount is 5-15 syns a day but I was just curious to see where everyone lies in this bracket?
I thought for the first few weeks I'd give myself the full 15 but haven't yet used them and eager to cut them down. I normally finish on about 9-12.
I get really conscious that I'm eating too many but then I remember how much I was eating before and that 9-12 syns really is a very small amount!
