Meat juice gravy syns?

How many syns would you think there would be in beef meat juice gravy? Thank you.

If you let the juices set and take the fat off probably pretty low........personally I rarely have proper gravy so I'd just go with it. I didn't get fat from having meat juice gravy once in a while, it's all the other crap that falls in my trapdoor and my sheer laziness that's the problem.

@FoamingAtTheUterus do you think maybe 5? Fat hadn't set and been taken off. Was a visit to a family members house and everything else was on plan. Was just the gravy lol x

Dh counts 2 for 100ml. He measures it exactly. He's lost 7 stone so can't be far off
