I lost weight many years ago on SW doing almost exclusively Green Days.
I know that EE is being pushed now, but does anyone do green days any more?
I have a stone to lose, but have forgotten some of the HEXA and HEXB weights and measures, particularly for chicken / fish, olive oil and nuts and seeds.
Can anybody help? I really don't want to do EE, or fill up on the cheat foods, just clean eating and proper food.
