Hello, I've been a Sw member for 2 years and at target for 18 months. I thought staying on plan would be easy as I do find it 2nd nature now, but at nearly 7 weeks pregnant morning sickness has struck and I'm struggling SO BAD making the right choices, but also super scared about gaining excessive weight (I know I'll gain I'm having a baby, but I don't want to just gain for the sake of it 😂!) does anyone have any tips for Sw friendly morning sickness management please 🙏🏻 I literally just want potatoes, bread and crisps!
