So. I have been off slimming world for best part of 6 months! I have managed to maintain my 2.5 stone loss however! Which I’m really pleased about. But I just feel like absolute garbage. Bloated. Zero energy and I know it’s down to the food I’m eating. How I’ve managed not to gain I’ll never know. But I desperately want to feel “healthy” again. It’s almost like I feel unclean... anyone else get this? Anyway. I really need the motivation to get back on it. I think I might start tomorrow. Any good tips on how to stay on track?

Just keep trying your best to make the right choices. You don't want to gain it all back do you after all your hard work? I'm only on week 3 but wanting to eat everything today ☹️. Weigh in is tomorrow and according to my scales at home no loss so I'm feeling very disheartened but if I crack now that won't help me get to where I want to be x

I hear you! What I love about slimming world is that you can eat what ever you want within reason obviously! I remember how good I felt when I was eating the right stuff! One thing that puts me off is that I get a food hangover when ever I eat something really bad but I never learn my lesson! Keep going hun. Believe me it is so worth it! Fingers crossed on the scales for you tomorrow! You never know you could get a big woosh!

I'm praying I get a big whoosh!! Absolutely dreading going to have not lost anything with it only being the 3rd week. I completely agree I've stuck to plan all three weeks and I feel SO much better for it in my self. Good luck getting back on track xx

Motheroflittlepeople.....don’t beat yourself up.

I think that SW takes a while to get into.I had a good loss my first week, then a small loss, then a gain.Since then I have lost steadily and put that down to getting used to the system.I have a good repertoire of dishes that I cook , know the syn values of a lot of my favourite high syn foods etc.

The only thing that I have to watch now is that I don’t get too complacent and stop writing things down!xx

MotherOfLittlePeople · 01/12/2019 20:57

@bossybloss I'm writing every thing down but can see this week I maybe haven't eaten as much speed as I maybe should off. I've been following people on instagram and when they upload pictures some times they don't have speed so I've probably slacked a bit there.

You know the sheets you write on? Do they give you more of them when you need them or do you pay for more?

bossybloss · 01/12/2019 21:43

They give you them for free MOLP.
