This weekend I've been away and try as I might to eat well I had one bad meal and that was it. Downward spiral from there. Burger and chips, dominoes chocolate coins everythinggggg.

Weigh in is on Saturday for me and I want to stop this cycle and start a fresh tomorrow.

If I get back on plan do you think it would be possible at all to at least maintain?

I think you can sort things out as you have the time. Draw a line under it and get back on plan.

I did the exact same last weekend and managed to pull it back and lose 1lb. Not much but considering what I'd put away at the weekend not bad at all. You can do it!

You have time to get back on track before Saturday, and might not have harmed your weight loss.
You have done well to draw a line and keep control, instead of writing off the week.

Ive done it. Binged on a weekend and pulled it back for weigh in in a Friday. I dont normally lose loads tho when I do that. For me, 5 good days can make up for a dodgy weekend. Good luck!

I had a heavy eating / drinking week and still lost 1/2lb. Back on plan now, lots of speed food and you might limit the damage.

Yes you can do it. Last week I had a lot of wine saturday, Thai takeaway Monday (husband got in late from work), bad lunch with work Tuesday and miraculously lost 2lb (weighed on friday morning, a day earlier than normal). Not sure how it happened and I'm expecting a gain this week because had a naughty weekend again and I think last week will catch up with me too. But it IS possible. Wishing you all the luck!
