Just wondered if anyone has managed to lose weight successfully with Slimming World on limited fruit & veg?
I'm not a salad dodger I promise! I have stomach issues which are worse when I have too much fibre.
I've just joined slimming world as the meal replacement plan I was following doesn't work too well with my medication.
Just finished my first week and I introduced a lot of different Fruit and Veg to increase my speed but it had a horrible affect on my stomach and I was doubled up in agony most days.
So just looking for any ideas of SW friendly meals that aren't too veg heavy if anyone has any suggestions please?
