I have signed up to SW. I need to lose two stone. In an ideal world I would lose 4.
I have two questions, a bit random and both totally different:
- Avocados - do you syn these? I had half of one in my salad at lunch time. I just can’t believe it is 7 syns when nutritionally they are pretty good for you.
- Anyone been to Prezzo lately? Can you recommend any good, relatively low syn dishes?
