I'm being an idiot, I know this, but it doesn't stop me feeling shite.
Weigh in yesterday, 2nd week on plan all week (slipped up over my syns by 7 for whole week) and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LOST.
IM so disheartened! Please tell me this is normal? I have about 3st to loose.
