Everything I've read online suggests water retention should ease by the first day or two of your period.
Im defo holding water, I'm on day 5 of my period, its becoming lighter but I'm still holding water.
Weigh in day weds, I've always lost even on my period, but my scales haven't budged at home and I've been so good and on plan!
Feeling a bit disheartened, maybe a little ahead of myself but just wondered if anyone else holds their water weight during their period, right up until it ends?
Like I said, everything online suggests it flushes out during first day or two?
