I lost over 4 stone on SW 2 years ago.
I kept it off for about 18 months but in the last 6 months I have started to put it back on. Totally my own fault, overeating bad choices etc.
Tried losing it with MFP but no willpower so decided to go back with SW.
Just started yesterday but have found it surprisingly easy so far. Eggs for breakfast both days, lots of fruit and carrot sticks.
Just wanted to make an accountability thread as I'm determined to get back down to my healthy range
