So I’m desperate to get back into the swing of things are start losing the weight I’ve put on whilst pregnant. I haven’t weighed myself yet as I’m so scared of the number I’m gonna see.

I was thinking of joining this weekend (3 weeks postpartum) do you think it’s too soon?

I’m feeling very well in myself and I can’t see why it would be too soon as it will be me getting back to eating healthy and getting back to a healthy weight. I’m not breastfeeding so this won’t be a concern.

I’m actually really missing the plan as I did so well on it before I fell pregnant.

6 weeks postpartum probably a good yardstick. If youre still bleeding then another couple of weeks to recover wont hurt.

I think you have to be 6 weeks post partum to join though I guess they would have no way of knowing if you joined online. I am 2 weeks post partum and have been following a lot of the principles.

I went for one week before my dd was born then went back this week 3 weeks pp. We must have had our baby's at similar times. I am horribly overweight though. And was eating badly having the excuse of breastfeeding, just having given birth etc. So it feels good being back in control a little bit. Have no idea why you wouldn't be allowed. If you're ready it's up to you.
