I've recently started doing Slimming World at home, and have lost 9 lbs in the last three weeks, which I'm very pleased about. I've been attempting to incorporate some vegan recipes into my regime, but do find beans and tofu a little tasteless. Also, when I've tried making burgers out of beans they invariably fall apart in the pan. Does anyone have any good vegan recipes? I'm not adverse to using the odd egg or a bit of cheese, but then this would be more vegetarian.
