In target but still flabby

I am at the lowest end of my target ( target is 9 stone 9 lbs, at 5 feet 5 and a half).
But I still look flabby undressed: on stomach, hips, bottom and thighs.
Anyone else like this, and is there a solution?
I don't think I need to lower my target.
A good, firming body lotion, maybe?

I found exercise toned me up. Same for my friend. She does clubbercise and I do burlesque dancing so a good way to tone up.

I already exercise regularly: yoga and aquacise at least once a week, and dog walking when on days off work ( DH does the dog walking on other days).
Maybe I need to increase the frequency of exercise.
Doesn't help that I'm an old goat (55), and skin loses its elasticity.

I'm quite a bit less than that, 54 kilos but still have flabby bits. I can't exercise so there's not a lot I can do about it.

How much did you lose? I know for me having lost 5.5st that unless I have excess skin removal it won't go back to how it once was.

Pilates is great for getting you aware of stomach muscles

I am 36 and I’ve had two instances of weight loss in my life. The first was going from size 20 to size 12 when I was about 19/20 years old and the second was from a size 14 to size 10 about a year and a half ago. Not sure what your biggest was but I was left with loose skin on my stomach, thighs, arms, hips etc. No amount of exercise would have fixed it as I could grab it. I had loose skin removal surgery about 6 months ago on my stomach (tummy tuck) and these past 6 months have been amazing.

I've lost three stone from when at my heaviest weight.

I'm in my 6th week of pilates and after going twice weekly I have an emerging booty and the flattest stomach I have ever had. I'm 47 and look it but I look a damn sight better than I have ever done.

There is a pilates class at my yoga studio: will look into that.
