Just joined slimming world online, I'm a bit confused. I'm using the planner, which plan should I be following, extra easy or sp?.
Secondly just filling in breakfast, I've had two weetabix with milk, and a packet of nims fruit crisps. The diary says I've had 9 1/2 syns already. 6 for weetabix and 3 1/2 for the apple crisps, however apples are free food and the nims have only one ingredient which is apple, so not sure how that works.
Any help appreciated.
