How many syns is this?

Hi all,

Joined slimming world this week and I'm cooking a tuna pasta bake.

For "Morrison's tuna pasta bake mix 45g' it's 7.5 syns, the recipe on the bake mix included the milk and cheese, do the syns count them or do I need to add them syns on?

I think the milk and cheese would be extra, 7.5 for the packet mix.

If you use the milk and cheese out of your healthy extra allowance or count the syns and divide by how ever many portions.
