I'm on my second week of slimming world and feel I'm stressing myself out so much for a weigh in days....does it ever get any easier 🥺🥺🥺

I'm 2 and a half years down the line, over 14 months at target and still stress myself out. My first 6 months I lost 3st.

Every Tuesday comes along and I stress about the fact I have weigh in at 5.30pm.

Try not to stress. I've been at target now for a while but I still go to weigh in precisely because it makes me accountable! The benefit of the weigh in to me is that it makes you mindful of what you are eating each week.

It doesn't matter how quickly you lose weight, the important thing is that you are finding a way of eating that you can keep up long term. I never lost loads of weight at a time, usually 1lb or 1.5lb, but I've kept it off. It's a marathon not a sprint.

Good luck!

I stress still and I'm at target now (been going 6 months)

I understand its all about balance and making better choices. It's a confidence thing I've never been a really confident person which I'm hoping changes when I reach my target.Blush

A certain level of stress is ok. Part of the reason SW and WW work is because you feel accountable to another person at the weighins.
