Hi,

Does anyone know the syn value for a teaspoon of sesame seeds? Can only find value for a tablespoon.

MultipleMum5 - a teaspoon of sesame seeds is approx. 17 calories, which I think amount to 1 syn. Hope I have given you the correct information.

2 level tbsps are 6 syns or a healthy extra. There are 6tsps in 2 tbsps so probably 1 syn per teaspoon
