Hi, (a quick background) I started SW online last year. Bought every book on the website including the pocket guides. Gave up like I usually do and gained more weight. Started Keto, gave up and recently started again but it’s just not for me. Can’t do it. Back to SW since yesterday.

My problem is I’m finding two different syn values for wholemeal pitta breads, the small round ones. They are both SW online guides bought in 2018 direct.

One says a mini pitta is 3.5 syns (along with 7 for standard and 10 for large) and another says it’s 6 syns for a 48g which I thought were small as they’re not the larger oval shaped ones.

Also, in one book it says a 48g wholemeal can be used as a HEB but only breads are listed under HEB in another book.

Feeling bewildered. I need to get this weight off me!

I can’t go to SW group for reasons I won’t go into now so I’m winging it.

Any help much appreciated and TIA.

It's one standard Wholemeal pitta (60g) that is a healthy extra.

Son’t You have this sheet from the website? Also, would it not be better just to use the online search on the Planner App as a single point of reference instead of confusing yourself with different books? I think that it will always be the most up to date.

You can have 3 MINI wholemeal pittas as a HB too. I get them from Aldi.
