Hi Ladies,

What are the rules for when you're pregnant and following SW in regards to Syns and Healthy Extras
Doing from home so not too sure if these are meant to change or stay the same or whatever!

Hope someone can help 😊 TIA!

xx

Never done SW but I would have thought if you have weight to lose the pregnancy is irrelevant, baby gets all they need before you do anyway so unless you're seriously under eating it is the same. If you're hungry have a banana. I was 13st 2lb when I conceived DC2 and am now 12st 8lb at 23 weeks. I gave GD too so am being sensible with sugars and carbs, really makes a difference.
Don't forget that the amount extra you need at a healthy weight in pregnancy is like half a sandwich a day, if you're over-weight you need zero extra calories in pregnancy.

I think you get extra healthy extras. But not 100% sure x

You get 2 healthy extra A and 2 healthy extra B each day. You're also recommended to take a multivitamin.

They don't recommend that you do an SP week if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
