Hello :) I’ve done SW before and lost 2 stone after having my little boy.
I’ve got twins (10 months old) now and want to lose weight again but know with 3 under 3 going to classes is unrealistic. I still have my books and my mum is a member and has updated me on the 2019 changes.
But I can’t find out what I should have when breastfeeding twins. They usually have 3 day feeds and still feed frequently through the night.
Would you think 1 extra healthy a would be enough and how may syns 15? I want to
Lose 2 stone ideally.
