SW Newbie - breastfeeding plan online possible?

I’ve never done SW before but I’m 10 weeks postpartum and would like some help shifting the very large amount of weight I put on in this pregnancy. Realistically, I can’t make meetings and anyway I’d prefer to do it online.

But

  1. Will I be able to get the information about the breastfeeding plan with the online subscription? And

2. Do I need to try to get hold of the books? I notice they don’t come with the online subscriptions. I don’t really want to make a bunch of SW recipes - the meals we eat are relatively healthy, so I just want to learn the principles so I can adapt them myself; plus I need to stop snacking! But as a newbie is there stuff in the books you get at meeting that I would need?

Thanks!

I'm doing it. You get 4 hexA and 2hexB although the app is rubbish and gives you 5 and 4 I think.
Slowly but surely loosing... 9lb in 5 weeks. I bought a couple books from the website but tend to use pinch of nom to be honest.

Thank you so much for replying, choccybuttons. So did you just happen to know how many HEX A/B were correct? Or is there somewhere you can check other than the app?

I asked online. But a search of the archives shows nearly every breastfeeding mum ask the same question :) app badly needs updated!
