So ready to get back on plan

A combination of thyroid issues, work issues, uni issues meant I spectacularly fell off plan.

I told myself that today, 15 weeks before I go on holiday to aus I would get back on plan. I am going to rejoin as a new member at a new group on monday.

I am the heaviest ive ever been, and at least 12stone 3. 5'3 height.

My health is deteriorating and its down to weight, I am a student nurse and scared of type 2 diabetes et al. And of being the fat nurse.

So heres to my 15 weeks of the plan, Ive got a 12 week food diary and am setting no overall target and at group will set only a loose interim target of 10stone 7. If I can get lose or maintain for these 15 weeks whilst staying on plan I will be happy.

My breakfasts plan is high protein yoghurt, apples, clementines and candy floss grapes with some zero sauce if needed.

I am as ready as Ive ever been. Just need a bit accountability.

x

My plan to have a great first week is half speed on the plate, and to avoid my trigger foods and trigger time (evenings) by having speed or protein based snacks and not eating after 8pm. Good luck to you both

Good Luck!

My daughter is a student nurse. She finds it hard when on placement to eat healthily as shift work. She also works part time in Greggs which does not help!

She lives on junk food as convenient. Keep focused and just keep thinking of your holiday xx

Studentnursesos12e · 18/03/2019 01:53

Thanks @Lou670
Placement can be soo difficult to eat healthily, but i'm not on placement again now til july so hoping for the best til then.

xx
