Would the extra HEA be affecting my losses?

I've been a target member of slimming world before so I know it does work I lost 2 stone in under 3 months after dd. I then had another baby and I'm struggling to lose the weight I lost before.
Week one for me I lost 2lbs whereas week 1 after dd I lost 7lbs. I used to lose at least 1lb a week whereas now I'm maintaining frequently or losing 0.5 lb. I'm wondering if it's the fact we are now allowed another HE A? I have 350ml of skimmed milk plus 30g cheddar cheese most days. Does anyone else find their losses are slower with the extra HEA?

Mine have varied. I had it for 2 weeks and had 2 good losses. When I started target route A again I gained 2 weeks in a row.

So now I'm having it e wry other day instead.

As a long-time target member, I am sticking to the old way, which I know works for me.
I don't understand how the target route A from a few months ago ( albeit with a few extra syns, if you choose) is now the mainstream plan for weight loss.

I’ve not long started slimming world and I’ve kind of decided to just use one hexA most days. I’m not sure I could have all that milk and cheese daily and lose weight! I’ve decided to generally use one hexA for my milk for my cereal and tea and then I only use the other one if a recipe I’m doing of an evening calls for it. If not I don’t use it

I'm losing with having 2. It is really helping me staying on plan actually. Having lost 5.5 stone with the old plan, I prefer this option.

Remember it’s simply calories in vs calories out. So yes, eating additional food will have an effect on weight loss.

(Am pro SW by the way!)

I've stopped having it every day and just have it once or twice a week. Like you and pp I was seeing the difference on the scales.

I wonder if it depends on what you weigh to start with? I'm not losing. I'm a stone off BMI.
