Swap 1 heA for 1 heB?

Hiya,
I'm very new to SW!!
Does anyone know if I can swap 1 of my 2 x heA for another heB? Meaning I have 1 x heA today and 2 x heB.
I know calcium etc is very important to the plan, however I don't drink tea or coffee so struggle to get my 2 x heA in.
Today I'm making the fajitas from pinch of nom - pinchofnom.com/recipes/chicken-fajitas-slimming-world-weight-watchers-friendly/
So I'll be having my 40g of light cheddar as my heA1. But I'd really prefer to have 2 x heB's (two of the BFree gluten free wraps).
Does anyone know if I can do that, or do I absolutely have to syn the second wrap (4.5) 
and give or take the heA2?

Afaik you can't do that unfortunately
Are those wraps only 4.5? I've been counting them as 6!!!

You need to syn the second wrap. Only target members can have more B choices. I use lettuce leaves as wraps or some of my class make very thin omelettes as wraps.
