I'm very new to SW!!
Does anyone know if I can swap 1 of my 2 x heA for another heB? Meaning I have 1 x heA today and 2 x heB.
I know calcium etc is very important to the plan, however I don't drink tea or coffee so struggle to get my 2 x heA in.
Today I'm making the fajitas from pinch of nom - pinchofnom.com/recipes/chicken-fajitas-slimming-world-weight-watchers-friendly/
So I'll be having my 40g of light cheddar as my heA1. But I'd really prefer to have 2 x heB's (two of the BFree gluten free wraps).
Does anyone know if I can do that, or do I absolutely have to syn the second wrap (4.5)
and give or take the heA2?
