Can anyone give me a brief list of the new changes to SW?
I am no longer able to join group but have recently heard there are changes being brought in... beans no being speed? Goats cheese not being HEXA??

If anyone could reply with a list I will be forever grateful. Thanks 😊 x

Philadelphia is no longer a HEA but you can have 2 A choices a day. Almond milk is reduced to 400mls, no flavoured soya milks are an a choice.

Beans and peas are no longer classed as protein. Beans have never been a speed choice but a protein.

You can now have paneer cheese as an A.

Tinned soup is no longer a B choice, but as a result they are lower in syns than they used to be.

Mullerlight are 1 syn per pot. All flavoured low fat yoghurt now has a syn value.

Can you have 2 HEXA 's on any normal day? Or is it only on a extra easy sp day? x

On both.

On SP it's 2a's and 1b now and a maximum of 10 syns

Gmex31 · 05/01/2019 19:10

Ok. But still 15 syns on a normal none sp day? x
