Do I need to join a group?

I have the books etc, I've done it all before... Lost and gained... Is attending a group vital? I'm unsure...

I think it depends on you.

Though I got my new book last week with all the updated changes.

I need to be held accountable as when I don't attend I lose the plot and end up with a huge gain. I'm a target member but still go. I see lots of disciplined people who can do it from home.

I've had to stop my journey due to a health issue. But have done it both on my own and with a group support. To me I needed the group experience not for the chatting but for the weighing. When I was doing it on my own I found myself saying "sod it I'll have that huge bar of galaxy DP left in the Choccy jar it's not like anyone will see I've put weight on this time" lol. With the group I knew it would be there in black and white and I tried harder x
