How many healthy extras at target?

Now that the SW plan includes 2 healthy extra "a" choices daily, I'm not sure what the allowance is for target members.
It seems that my maintenance plan is now the regular plan, apart from a few extra syns, if I choose.
I asked my Consultant at our weigh-in class this morning, and she answered along the lines of "whatever works for you".
I liked the structure of the new target maintenance routes that were started in the last year.
I wondered what other target members are doing, and if any Consultants are giving advice on this.

There is a new pack out and a book that is going to be given to people when they reach target. My consultant has been mentioning savvy syns a lot, as far as I can gather you still have10-15 for treats and the savvy syns are for healthier non-free food eg/ avocado. I've also heard her say there are 3 approaches for target members to maintain and you choose which suits you best. I'd ask if you can have a copy of the target book.

Got my new pack at Xmas week class, and have had the target "route" book since it came out a few months ago, but since the new changes, it's out of date.

think its a bit pants the two a's as its plain yoghurt milk etc been far better to have b's then the old dilemma of mine whether to have porridge and starve at lunchtime or have no breakfast and starve then have a sandwich at lunchtime

labazs, I understand that the thinking behind the extra "a" choice is that the extra calcium helps weight loss.
But I agree with you that an extra "b" would be more useful.
Just been reading on fopperholic site about new low syn counts for soups, as they now have a free food allowance.
A bowl of Heinz soup would be a nice lunchtime option.

I asked and was told to add an extra a choice. Am food optimising this week but when I go back to target I will add the extra and see how I go.
