Christmas desserts

I am cooking this Christmas. I will be doing a SW version of a traditional Christmas dinner which is not a lot different from our regular meal (just Linda M red onion and rosemary sausages as stuffing balls, and roast sweet potatoes and butternut squash for me- the others will overload on goose fat roasties).

I am struggling to find a low syn dessert. Christmas pudding is 20 syns plus before you add brandy butter.

Any suggestions?

I like to defrost frozen fruit in sweetened quark then mix meringue in.

There's a nice chocolate mousse recipe on the website (SW)

The pavlova wreath is one of their most famous Christmas desserts. Only 3 syns. www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/pavlova-wreath.aspx
This chocolate log is also 3 syns www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/luxury-chocolate-log.aspx
Three are lots of recipes for low syn trifles and cheesecakes too.
