Started SW again yesterday. Heaviest I've ever been and got a good four stone to lose to get to target.
I've done SW or WW about a dozen times over the years. I always lose a bit but then give up.
They say the definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. So this time, I have to change things up.
I will:
- Get weighed every week even if I think I've gained
- Stay to group
- Not use my syns purely on alcohol and chocolate!
- Aim for 1lb a week. Anything more is a bonus
- See this as a long term project. One year to get to target!!
Anyone else want to pledge to doing it differently this time??
