SW and trying for a baby?

I'm overweight by about 3 stone but we really want to try for a baby.. I don't want to keep putting my life on hold because of my weight.. can I lose weight whilst trying/hopefully falling pregnant? Thanks in advance x

No reason you can't. You can do sw whilst pregnant too. Might be worth a chat with your gp. I think depending on you bmi you can getup to 12 weeks free with a gp referral

Absolutely. In fact, you've got more chance of become pregnant if you're losing weight.
