I've been 100% on plan for past 3 weeks, had 39 syns 1st and 2nd week and lost 11.5lb. This week so far I've had 20 syns (weigh in tues so could of had 75 up to now). Dh is having take away pizza for tea and I've been craving it myself. Usually I'd have a full pizza and fries to myself but thought If I have 2 slices of pizza and salad tonight then I'd be ok.
I still want a loss on Tues, according to my own scales this morning I've lost 2lb so far this week I'm just so scared to stray slightly off plan! Argh! Help!
