Food optimising changes: extra "a" choice!

Just been reading on the SW website about food optimising changes, most pleasingly that we are allowed an extra "a" choice.
And my usual whole milk allowance has increased to 200ml.
Have just celebrated with a warm milk drink, using my second "a"choice; also added the 25ml that I would have had this morning, had I known about it then.
Don't like missing out!

I loved it in 2005 when we had 2 a choices.

Groovie, I think we might have had 2 "b" choices, too.
Pre Extra Easy days, when meat/potatoes were a "b" choice.
Whatever SW changes, it's just a different allocation of restricted calories (swings and roundabouts).

I understood that the maximum 10 syns is just on SP days,as an extra weight loss boost.

I don't know why I feel uneasy about using two A choices... how do they know it is going to work when we've been losing weight fine with just one A choice?

You don’t have to use both if you don’t want to. If what your doing is working then carry it in, but then some days that second A may be handy!

I thought extra a choice was only on SP days ?
I had better read it again!

We didn't get told anything in group because apparently its meant to be introduced in January as part of big changes for their 50th anniversary.

Our group say the changes don't take place until Xmas as there some other slight changes too.

We were told that officially the changes don’t start until after Christmas but they had to put it on the website early as someone leaked it. We’ve been told we can start from now though.

I may be persuaded to return to SW now that there are 2 HEAs again!
